The kitchen includes cabinetry of solid cherry wood, large granite counter spaces with seating for up to seven people on the bar area and island, granite and marble backsplash…
…and top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures.
Across the wide bar counter, the kitchen adjoins the vast living room, in an open floor plan that ensures functionality for large social events.

One alcove of this space serves as a dining area, with a chandelier decorative fixture (CFL, of course)…
…and a large fireplace surrounded with custom millwork.
Wide-plank hickory flooring, window bench seating with integrated storage, and additional access for the wrap-around porch complete the living room.
